Projects · DataBrakes

A governed layer between systems and work.

DataBrakes is a database-first platform for transformations, mapping, integrations, product information, automation, and agentic workflows. It gives teams a governed operating layer across the systems they already use.

01 · Foundation

Make operational data trustworthy.

Stable models, visible mappings, transformation history, and explicit ownership make it possible to understand what the data means and whether it is ready to use.

02 · Workflow

Connect data to the work it drives.

Mapping, integrations, PIM, automation, and workflow logic live in one collaborative layer instead of being scattered across spreadsheets and undocumented handoffs.

03 · Intelligence

Give people and agents reliable context.

AI becomes more useful when tasks are bounded, business logic is explicit, and outcomes can be reviewed inside a human-readable operating system.

Why it exists

Built from the gaps between systems.

Across ecommerce, fulfillment, purchasing, reporting, and systems work, the same failure pattern kept appearing: important processes lived between applications. Teams filled the gaps with spreadsheets, technical work inherited brittle requirements, and automation depended on context that had never been formalized.

DataBrakes turns that repeated operating pattern into product infrastructure. It is designed to handle the data volume and workflow complexity that break lightweight tools while preserving the flexible, collaborative way teams actually work.

The goal is not to rip out a company's existing stack. It is to make that stack more coherent: a working layer that shows where information came from, what changed, how it maps to the business, and what should happen next.

WizardHub is the consulting practice shaped by the work. DataBrakes is the platform emerging from it.
